This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient product movement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in refrigerated and cold storage conditions. Schedule Average schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Start and end times may vary based on business needs and order volume. Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment Stage orders for delivery and distribution Safely load and unload trucks Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages Organize inventory and maintain clean warehouse storage areas Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company protocols Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse Work in refrigerated and cold warehouse environments Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, produce, or order selecting experience preferred Forklift experience or certification is a plus Ability to work in refrigerated and cold storage environments for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality required Spanish fluency required for business necessity and job-related communication needs Work Environment Fast-paced produce warehouse setting Refrigerated and cold storage conditions Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Use of warehouse machinery and equipment as needed
