$18.00 - $21.00 per hour About Us We are a locally operated synthetic grass warehouse serving contractors and homeowners throughout the Central Valley and Central Coast. We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse while delivering high-quality materials to our customers. This is a hands-on role in a team-oriented environment where reliability, initiative, and work ethic matter. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things organized, clean, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Load and unload synthetic grass rolls and related materials Cut and prepare turf orders to customer specifications Organize and stage materials for customer pickups and deliveries Assist with inventory organization and stock management Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while performing general upkeep duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment Follow and complete assigned tasks from daily, weekly, and monthly task boards Operate equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus) Work Environment Hands-on, physical warehouse setting Combination of indoor and outdoor work Team-oriented atmosphere with shared responsibilities across the facility Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (no exceptions) Spanish speaking required (ability to communicate clearly with customers) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (Lift-assist equipment provided for heavier materials) Forklift experience preferred (not required) Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions We're looking for someone who: Takes initiative and stays productive throughout the day Notices what needs to be done and follows through Is willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace Shows consistency, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility Schedule Employee(s) schedule is from 12:30 PM - 5:00

PM Requirement:
