Monday-Friday; weekends and holidays as needed. Job Summary Help keep our food service operations running smoothly! As a Warehouse Clerk , you'll play a key role in receiving, organizing, and distributing food and supplies that support visitors, staff, and patient care. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make a difference behind the scenes, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Do Receive, unload, and verify food and supply shipments against invoices and requisitions Inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy; communicate and resolve discrepancies Store products properly using FIFO methods and designated storage locations Pick, pack, stage, and deliver supplies to on-site and off-site locations Weigh, label, date, and track products to ensure accuracy and compliance Perform daily inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas, including coolers and freezers Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and end-of-month processes Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, scales, and thermometers Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards Provide excellent service and communicate effectively with team members and leadership Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of inventory procedures (receiving, stocking, shipping) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform basic math and work with units of measure Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards Valid Driver's License required ServSafe® or State Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Physical and Sensory Requirements This is a highly physical role focused on receiving and organizing all incoming product. The Warehouse Clerk receives US Foods and produce deliveries, maintains par levels, and labels, dates, and rotates product throughout refrigeration and dry storage areas. The role requires frequent lifting, pushing, and moving of products—often up to 50 pounds per case—using a hand truck, along with regular cleaning and upkeep of all warehouse spaces.
