Job Description
Must be able to work M-F, 8-5pm shift. Must be able to interview in person week of 7/20/26. Job Summary Detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing textile materials efficiently while maintaining quality standards and ensuring workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and material handling, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality control. Essential Job Functions & Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, verify deliveries, report damages, label goods, and store items properly. Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipments and follow 3PL transfer instructions. Check correct style/color coincides with customers Purchase order before shipping. Maintain accurate stock records through scanning, updates, and annual counts. Securely assemble and load materials on skids, ensuring weight limits. Verify documentation and order accuracy before shipping. Keeping the warehouse and loading docks organized and clean, free of any tripping or falling hazards. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations and be part of a team promoting a safe working environment for all team members. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support warehouse operations. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in textile handling. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certified or ability to become certified, and experience operating warehouse equipment and machinery. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (50+ lbs) and operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their handling requirements is a plus. Working Conditions
- Warehouse setting with exposure to fabric dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
- Working with large machinery and heavy materials and forklifts.
- Occasionally there might be a need to work nights or weekends depending on workload and customer commitments and responsibilities.
