Full Job Description Location :

Hawthorne, CA Compensation :

$20.00 per hour

Overtime:

Eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a workweek, and for the first 8 hours on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek, in strict accordance with California labor law.

Schedule :

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team for a temporary contract. You will be responsible for order fulfillment, precise product kitting, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced "hands-on" environment and takes pride in accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:

Package orders for shipment by processing tickets, pulling materials, and packing boxes securely.

Kitting & Labeling:

Prepare specialized orders, including packaging and re-labeling product kits with high attention to detail.

Shipping & Data Entry:

Enter shipping data to generate accurate labels and documentation.

Inventory Support:

Assist with inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

Logistics:

Load and unload inbound and outbound shipping containers.

Maintenance:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment (shelves, pallets, and workstations) in compliance with safety regulations.

Teamwork:

Support the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed to meet shipping deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications Experience:

1 year of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.

Attributes:

A hardworking attitude with a focus on detail and safety.

Equipment:

Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Evaluation:

Successful completion of a 3-day paid working interview is required for final selection.
