Shift Schedule:
The regular shift for this position is 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Prior to transitioning to the regular schedule, employees will complete approximately 3-4 days of training from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Upon successful completion of training, they will move to the standard PM shift of 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM. What's the Job? Assist daily operations of material flow, including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials to support installation and service schedules; maintain inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvements Monitor material needs for scheduled orders, track real-time progress to delivery targets, and adjust manpower as needed Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse Conduct first-level investigations into quality and safety incidents, documenting findings and proposing preventive actions Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts to transport materials to/from receiving and staging areas; prepare outgoing materials using proper packaging methods What's Needed? Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience with technology, including laptops, scanners, Microsoft Office-based systems, and other data entry tools preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude with a track record of meeting goals and completing tasks Commitment to adhering to safety standards and creating a culture of continuous improvement Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts; forklift certification preferred What's in it for me?
