• Warehouse Associate/Material Handler Location
• Hayward, CA Schedule 6:00am
• 2:30 pm $27 to $30.00/hr MOnday
• Friday We are seeking individuals with strong warehouse and material handling

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive, unpack, check, and verify products to ensure accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive, pick, stock check, and ship products into WMS.
• Pack, re-pack, and wrap products for shipping/storage.
• Consolidate partial pallets into full pallets for location/inventory consolidation.
• Label parts as needed during receipt, put away, picking or shipping process.
• Pick parts for order fulfillment, shipments, scrap request, etc.
• Inform the lead/supervisor in a timely manner about OSD (overages, shortages & damage) found while picking orders or shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
• Cross-train as needed to learn other warehouse functions.

Requirements:

Experience with inventory management systems (NetSuite, Oracke jobboss, Umipoint Working knowledge of warehouse and inventory database management systems and inventory control systems. Practical knowledge in warehouse design, layout, flow, handling systems, and equipment. Knowledge of best practices around workflow, warehouse, and shipping layouts. Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to maintain data accuracy and implement data input and management methods. Able to analyze and improve process workflow, resourcing, space requirements, and equipment layout. Good verbal and written communication skills. Background check and drug screen before the start date. Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
