Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse, including staging, organizing, and replenishing inventory. Daily tasks include accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. The role involves operating material-handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all safety and quality procedures. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and support efficient warehouse operations. Qualifications Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Packing. Experience with material handling tasks such as Unloading and staging freight. Ability to safely operate equipment, including Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use (or willingness to be trained and certified). Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions, count accurately, and complete basic documentation. Capability to lift and move materials as required and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and punctuality. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial. Must be authorized to work in the
