Our success depends on attention to detail, strong organization, and consistent execution. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, with the opportunity to grow. Position Overview The Shipping & Receiving/Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the daily flow of materials in and out of the facility. This is a physically active role—expect to spend 70-80% of your day standing, walking, packaging, boxing, and handling inventory , with 20-30% driving company vehicles . While there is some light paperwork and ERP entry, most of the work is hands-on: receiving material, packaging, boxing, staging, and shipping parts to meet aerospace standards. This is an entry-level role with room for advancement. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Range:

$18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and log incoming materials, outside processing returns, and supplier shipments into the ERP system. Inspect incoming/outgoing documentation for accuracy; report discrepancies promptly. Package and box aerospace parts carefully, protecting critical finishes and following shipping standards. Load and unload trucks daily using forklifts and pallet jacks. Stage parts for outside processing; coordinate multiple shipments and returns. Drive company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups. Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records, packing slips, and job order sign-offs. Organize warehouse inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure materials are properly stored. Track truck mileage, schedule basic service, and promptly report maintenance needs. Work closely with production, purchasing, and quality teams to maintain smooth material flow. Suggest process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Opportunity to grow into a leadership role with responsibility for supervising team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience required; 1-3 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (aerospace/manufacturing preferred) is a plus. Forklift experience a plus; certification preferred (or ability to certify on site). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
