In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient flow of auto parts to support our shop and wholesale and retail customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of warehouse management practices. Responsibilities Perform inventory control tasks to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper organization of products. Operate heavy equipment such as reach forklift and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity. Support the implementation of warehouse management systems, such as Reynolds and Reynolds, for tracking inventory. Requirements Previous experience of at least one year in automotive shipping and receiving. Familiarity with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems such as Reynolds and Reynolds , CDK , Dealertrack and Scan Solutions is preferred. Ability to operate heavy equipment, including forklift and pallet jacks. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
