JOB DESCRIPTION
fundamental Catering is a high volume catering business, looking to hire an enthusiastic and hard working Warehouse Assistant / Driver to join our growing Operations team. The warehouse team is the backbone of our operation, and we are seeking someone experienced, well-rounded, and flexible. The right candidate is someone who can adapt to changes in work flow and demand. Job duties include but are not limited to: assisting in all aspects of warehouse operations, loading and unloading vehicles with equipment, stocking and restocking warehouse equipment, side work to maintain a clean and organized facility, delivering orders to clients at various locations throughout the city, picking up and delivering equipment from various locations throughout the city, assisting other departments in various needs. Must be able to drive vehicles including large vans and box trucks. Must have customer service and hospitality experience and be personable and friendly with clients. This candidate must be able to perform these tasks with a high level of competency, all while maintaining standard workplace professionalism. Seeking a candidate with the following qualities: Exceptional team player 2+ years in large volume, special event catering Able to lift 50+ lbs and comfortable handling large pieces of equipment Comfortable using checklists and sign-off sheets Supreme communication skills, verbal and written, including quick response time and follow ups to correspondence. Able to multi-task and complete projects in a timely mannerMUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
