JOB SUMMARY

Location:

Irvine, CA An Operations Associate is responsible for performing and assisting with a variety of operations related duties/tasks. These duties/tasks include but are not limited to shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, inspecting and repairing returned goods, and organizing/stocking the warehouse. All employees also required to follow each department's safety guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pulling and packing product for outgoing shipments. Generate necessary shipping documents and labels. (UPS, FedEx, and other selected carriers) Assist with unloading and receiving incoming product. Assist with organizing and consolidating of inventory. Assist with inventory control by performing necessary cycle counts. Perform quality control testing on necessary products after receiving. Assist with maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Miscellaneous warehouse related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

1+ years of warehouse experience preferred. 2+ years with using both UPS & FedEx shipping software preferred; minimum of year required. Experience generating BOLs and international shipment documentation preferred. High school diploma preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office a plus. Shipping and quality control experience a plus Must be dependable and able to arrive on work on time. Mechanically inclined a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly lift, stack, and/or move objects weighing up to 55lbs. Regularly move objects weighing up to 2000lbs using a floor-jack. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, move about, hear and communicate. Frequently required to work while standing. Regularly required to perform repetitive motions/tasks such as pushing, pulling, and twisting. Regularly required to use hands/fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands/arms. Regularly operate/use both basic hand tools & power tools. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Noise level may be high when operating power equipment or machinery. May be required to work in restricted spaces and/or limited access.
