Temp-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking a Product Support Coordinator B to support stockroom, inventory, shipping/receiving, and parts handling operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate material flow, proper identification of parts, stockroom organization, and support of shipping and receiving activities under direct supervision. Required Qualifications- 1+ year of warehouse, stockroom, inventory, shipping/receiving, or production support experience.
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, system navigation).
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, forms, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and supervisor direction.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs Key Responsibilities
- Perform stockroom operations including receiving, storing, and issuing parts and materials.
- Identify and verify parts using labels, part numbers, and documentation.
- Support shipping and receiving functions, including packaging and documentation.
- Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods within the stockroom.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support material tracking activities.
- Operate basic warehouse and material handling equipment as required.
- Assist with clean room or controlled environment handling when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Perform basic data entry and computer terminal operations.
- Conduct basic math calculations for counts, weights, and inventory verification.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of stockroom areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
