Warehouse Lead Associate

Overview:

Global Auction Club (GAC Liquidation) is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Lead Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to lead a small team in a fast-paced liquidation environment, with strong knowledge of online sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse staff with daily tasks and workflow Track and drive sales results, including pricing strategy, response time, and conversion of inquiries into sales Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Ensure accurate product labeling, pricing, and storage Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading, and staging inventory Oversee order fulfillment, pickups, and customer interactions Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse Create and manage product listings on online platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace) Take quality photos/videos and write effective product descriptions Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies Train and guide new team members

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or lead/supervisory experience preferred Valid forklift certification (required) Fluency in online sales platforms and basic digital marketing (required) Availability to consistently meet and work assigned business hours (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Pay:

$23.00•$28.00 per hour
