Join a team that takes pride in bringing these experiences to life. The Role We're looking for dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to support our seasonal operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on preparing, organizing, and shipping décor for installations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare décor and materials based on work orders Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Assist with refurbishment and preparation of holiday décor Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stretch wrap machines Support inventory organization and general warehouse operations Use hand and power tools for basic assembly or repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on ladders/lifts (up to 20 ft) Valid driver's license required Forklift experience is a major plus Experience with hand/power tools is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities as hours increase during peak season Hands-on training provided Supportive, team-driven work environment Potential for full-time, year-round employment after the season
