In this role, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring the yard is organized, clean, and ready for daily activities. You will support various service functions by maintaining a safe and efficient environment, assisting with vehicle and equipment care, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle detailing, custodial work, and customer interaction while contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Duties Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard area, including sweeping, trash removal, and general tidiness Assist with vehicle washing, detailing, buffing, and window tinting to ensure vehicles meet quality standards Support service technicians by preparing vehicles for maintenance or delivery, including basic cleaning and custodial tasks Operate company vehicles safely for yard movement or customer errands as needed Provide friendly customer service by assisting clients with inquiries or vehicle drop-offs and pickups Help with janitorial duties such as cleaning workspaces, restrooms, and common areas to uphold a professional environment Support inventory management by organizing tools, supplies, and equipment in the yard Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing or window tinting is highly desirable Ability to perform custodial and janitorial tasks efficiently and thoroughly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely Previous experience in yard work or custodial roles preferred but not required Attention to detail when performing vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while developing your skills in vehicle care and customer support.
