CFS Bonded Warehouse Assistant - Chinese Speaking

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CFS Warehouse Assistant to help with daily updates and communication with airline/broker/customs... also able to help with warehouse work in between. The ideal candidate will be responsible for knowing all aspects of a CFS and the importation process. This role requires an understanding of supply chain management principles to optimize warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Help daily communications with customs broker, airline handlers, and customers as needed. Execute lean practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate transportation management to optimize pickup and delivery times. Help with customer communication in Chinese. Experience Proven experience in a CFS warehouse. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices in inventory management. Familiarity with transportation management systems and shipping/receiving processes. Experience with customs clearance process. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and implement improvements.
