The ideal candidate will be responsible for knowing all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and logistics. This role requires an understanding of supply chain management principles to optimize warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Help daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Execute lean practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. Help with production planning to ensure timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate transportation management to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Help with customer communication in Chinese. Experience Proven experience in a warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices in inventory management. Familiarity with transportation management systems and shipping/receiving processes. Experience with lean methodologies and production planning is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and implement improvements.
