WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

COMPENSATION

Starting Pay:

$19.00 per hour

SCHEDULE & HOURS

Hours:

35-40 hours per week; shift hours subject to change based on company needs

Schedule:

Monday through Friday; weekends as needed based on company needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and process inbound purchase orders (POs) both physically and systemically Stage inbound materials in designated areas according to warehouse procedures Pick materials accurately, both physically and within warehouse management systems Pack and palletize transfer orders (TOs) for store fronts, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer shipments with a high degree of accuracy Stage outbound shipments in designated areas in preparation for carrier pickup Conduct daily and weekly inventory counts accurately; report all overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) to management promptly Practice and promote a "See Something, Say Something" safety culture Maintain a clean, organized work environment through daily 5S practices in all designated warehouse areas Perform scheduled deep cleaning of the warehouse and work areas; due to the nature of the products handled, thorough and consistent sanitation practices are required Work safely and productively while maintaining a high rate of accuracy at all times Report any issues, concerns, or complaints to management immediately Comply with all company dress code and PPE standards

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Prior warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software a plus Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or RF scanners (as applicable) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Takes direction well and follows instructions from management with a positive, professional attitude Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and encourage fellow associates to adhere to procedures, safety standards, and company policies Flexible availability, including weekends when business needs require
