Monday-Friday 6AM -3PM Position Summary The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining materials, equipment, and supplies within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory transactions, proper storage conditions, and on time material flow to support production and customer delivery. Key Responsibilities Accurately perform ERP system transactions including receipts, shipments, and material issuance Build multi component kits for operations and customer orders Package parts for shipment to ensure on time delivery Review shipment and kitting documentation for accuracy and completeness Store and stock inventory with precision and organization Maintain accurate inventory and stock records Determine proper storage methods based on temperature, humidity, weight limits, turnover, and floor load capacity Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization daily Operate forklift when required Communicate effectively with Planning and Manufacturing teams Support additional operational duties as assigned Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to adapt and handle multiple priorities Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience ERP or MRP system experience required Forklift experience preferred
