This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with heavy equipment, operate warehouse management systems, and contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment. Your dedication will help deliver exceptional service to customers while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks with precision, ensuring timely shipment of products Handle materials with care during stocking, inventory replenishment, and quality control checks Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring packaging meets quality standards and protects items during transit Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of equipment and storage areas Experience Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided Hands-on experience operating equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or mechanical loaders is highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and operate heavy machinery safely Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong attention to detail for quality control, order accuracy, and inventory management Excellent physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts Join us in creating an energetic environment where your skills contribute directly to our success!
