Warehouse Associate The Warehouse Associate
- I is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping a high volume of customer orders in our small-scale warehouse located in Van Nuys.
This role involves minimal heavy lifting and requires working closely with a team to meet daily shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. This is an entry-level, part-time position. Our operation runs seven days a week, so weekend availability is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily volume goals Maintain a high level of accuracy while working at a fast pace Identify and resolve shipping or inventory-related issues Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and communicate issues clearly Identify misplaced or damaged materials and promptly notify a supervisor Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including folding boxes, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Comfortable using a computer and phone, or willing to learn company systems Ability to work in an environment with fragrance and perfume odors Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established processes Previous online retail or warehouse experience (a plus, but not required)
