Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient shipping and receiving processes. Duties Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery for e-commerce and distribution channels. Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory and organizing products for easy access during order picking. Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, adhering to safety and quality standards. Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage or loss. Support warehouse distribution efforts by maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following all safety protocols. Quality assurance, ensuring products arrive from manufacturers in perfect standard ready for installation. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn! Basic math skills are essential for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures ensures accuracy in processing inbound and outbound shipments. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success.
