Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse tasks such as order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking products. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse distribution processes, supporting our commitment to timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities Operate equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, to load, unload, move, and organize inventory safely and efficiently. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately. Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure correct items are shipped on time. Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods for quality, and documenting all transactions. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for order fulfillment. Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment according to company standards while maintaining safety protocols. Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels aligned with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including order fulfillment, picking & packing, shipping & receiving, is highly advantageous. Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs, is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety procedures is critical for success in this role.
