We support both direct-to-consumer orders and wholesale shipments to retailers worldwide. We're looking for a detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associate who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and careful handling of products. Our team works with premium consumer brands, so attention to detail and consistency are essential. We are a small team that values reliability, accuracy, and professionalism — every shipment leaving our warehouse represents our clients' brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, structured processes, and being part of a small, collaborative warehouse team. This role requires reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for someone interested in stability and long-term employment rather than temporary work. ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment Pick products accurately from warehouse locations Pack orders according to brand-specific packaging standards Prepare shipments for carriers including UPS and USPS Apply shipping labels Quality Control Verify SKUs, quantities, and product condition before shipping Ensure packaging meets brand presentation standards Identify and flag discrepancies before orders ship Inventory Handling Receive and organize inbound shipments Label and put away inventory Help maintain organized pick locations and accurate stock levels Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow standard operating procedures across multiple brands Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks Support the team during high-volume shipping periods Qualifications Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to follow established procedures Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety, training, and warehouse procedures Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Location Los Angeles (Echo Park / Historic Filipino Town) How to Apply Please include your resume and a short note about your previous experience.
