Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Shipping Clerk is responsible shipping and receiving.

Essential Job Functions:

Verification, labeling, and prep of all outbound material Loading of outbound material into trucks Assisting warehouse staff as needed General warehouse responsibility (stocking pallet racks with product, preparing product for shipment by pulling product) Palletizing orders per customer requests Pick orders as needed Provide final count of orders to customer service staff to create BOLs Verifying all information on BOL with internal production notes and customer purchase orders Additional job duties and responsibilities can be added at any time

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift Must be able to operate pallet jacks (electric & non-electric) Able to lift up to 50lbs Able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead Must be able to work under daily deadline pressure Assures and confirms that orders are being shipped at 100% accuracy Detail oriented Experience with data entry Flexibility with schedule

• overtime is required occasionally Minimum Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience required:

1 year warehouse experience. Ability to read and write in English. Bilingual
