This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working on their feet, and taking pride in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The right candidate is proactive, reliable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support warehouse operations. What You'll Do Warehouse Maintenance & Organization Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of recycling throughout the warehouse Empty trash and maintain clean workstations Sweep warehouse floors and keep aisles clear of debris Maintain clean packing tables, receiving areas, staging lanes, and common areas Help organize pallets, cartons, supplies, and equipment Warehouse Support Build and assemble shipping cartons and boxes Prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup Assist with unloading containers and trailers Help receive and stage inbound freight Move pallets using pallet jacks and forklifts Remove completed orders from packing stations and stage them for shipment Support receiving, inventory, and fulfillment teams as needed Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the Operations Manager Requirements Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout an entire shift Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to follow instructions and work independently Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience Experience unloading containers and handling freight Forklift certification or forklift experience Familiarity with pallet jacks, rolling ladders, carts, and warehouse equipment Experience maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Likes physical work and staying active Takes initiative without being asked Notices problems and fixes them Works hard and supports the team Helps create a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
