Pay:
$19 - $21 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse/logistics team in Milpitas, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material handling, and shipping. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation Sort, count, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods Issue materials and prepare stock kits for production teams Identify and document shortages, backorders, and inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and input data into systems Ship products and coordinate pickups or deliveries as needed Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, engineering) and external partners (carriers, vendors) Follow company procedures, engineering instructions, and customer requirements Perform additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of material handling experience (or equivalent) Forklift experience preferred ( stand-up reach forklift a plus ) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret instructions, schedules, and documentation Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and accountability Ability to maintain professional relationships across all levels Additional Requirements Knowledge of ESD, MSL, and raw component handling preferred Ability to lift up to required warehouse limits and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift Must be flexible to work required hours and occasional overtime Why Join Us?
