We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Support Associate to manage warehouse operations and provide hands-on support for EV charger assembly when required. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory control, and timely production support for our growing manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, be comfortable with physical work, and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced, clean-energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, components, and products. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory with proper labeling and storage practices. Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company and regulatory standards. Track stock levels and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Production Support Assist the production team in assembling EV charging units when required. Prepare materials and components for assembly lines to ensure production efficiency. Operate basic tools and equipment following safety guidelines. Report defective materials or production issues to supervisors promptly. Coordination & Documentation Update ERP or inventory management systems with incoming and outgoing stock data. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure on-time availability of parts. Support quality control checks for both incoming materials and assembled products.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, production support, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred). Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred). Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with electrical or electronics assembly is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in electronics, electrical equipment, or EV charging industry. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or warehouse best practices. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
