Full Job Description Position Title:
Production Associate Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr. up to $25.60/hr.

Graveyard Shift:

The Job You Will Perform:
Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines Reading factory orders Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in the IP Safety Culture Must be 18 years or older Previous work in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Able to read, write, and speak English Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends as needed Willingness to learn production processes Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment Organizational skills, basic math, comprehension skills, and safety observations Able to effectively communicate with the team, production supervisors, and maintenance crew
