In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain clean work areas to support optimal warehouse flow. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and verifying order accuracy through picking & packing procedures. Manage shipping & receiving processes by inspecting inbound/outbound shipments and updating records in systems like AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with inventory counts using basic math skills.

Requirement:

Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate across teams and vendors. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or AS400 is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management enhances your effectiveness in this role. Basic math skills are essential for accurate inventory counts, order picking, and verifying shipments. Previous exposure to e-commerce warehousing or distribution centers will help you hit the ground running.
