This is a hands-on position. The main duties include case picking, preparing shipments, building pallets, loading and unloading, organizing inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. The warehouse stores our own company products. Office staff will assist with orders, paperwork, scheduling, and customer communication, but this role requires someone who can work independently and manage daily warehouse tasks. The warehouse environment is around 0°F / -18°C.

Responsibilities :

Handle daily frozen warehouse operations independently Pick cases according to order/pick list Build, wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipment Load and unload pallets safely Receive products and check quantities Inspect and report damages, shortages, or product issues Organize inventory in the warehouse Maintain simple inventory and shipping records Follow

FIFO/FEFO

procedures Operate forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment safely Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized Communicate with office team about orders, inventory, and shipment issues Future local delivery may be needed using company vehicle; CDL is not required at this time Requirements Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required Forklift certification required Case picking, palletizing, loading, and unloading experience required Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily warehouse operations Able to work in a frozen warehouse environment around 0°F / -18°C Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently Cold storage, frozen food, or food warehouse experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Reliable, punctual, and responsible Detail-oriented and organized Basic English required Chinese speaking required About BZT Food LLC BZT Food LLC is a growing food company specializing in frozen and refrigerated food products. Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
