We specialize in all aspects of construction, including new homes, multi-family builder communities, custom home builds, and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service from the first meeting to the final unveiling, ensuring our clients experience the highest quality in every detail. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Moorpark, CA, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately tracked Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure efficient operations Communicate with vendors and delivery drivers to coordinate shipments Ensure all materials are stored and handled according to safety standards Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent Construction experience, particularly in new construction, single-family homes, or multi-family builder communities (minimum 1 year). Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) A strong work ethic and a proactive, team-oriented attitude Forklift certification (required) Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Fluency in Spanish Experience with RFMS or similar warehouse management software is a plus
