Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:00
PM Position Type:
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Our client is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance Technician to support daily warehouse operations while also assisting with the upkeep, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lab and production equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, is naturally curious when it comes to machinery and operations, and can take initiative in identifying and resolving issues to help keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of warehouse organization, equipment operation, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day warehouse organization and workflow Assist with the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of production and lab equipment Help identify equipment issues and work toward timely solutions to minimize downtime Operate and monitor machinery as needed in support of production Maintain organized inventory and warehouse materials Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements Work cross-functionally with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations Take ownership of equipment-related needs and support ongoing operational efficiency Equipment You May Work With Tablet counting machines Conveyor systems Rotating tables Labeling machines Tincture filling and capping machines Bag-filling equipment Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, mechanical, maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting experience preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning how equipment functions Ability to troubleshoot and "tinker" with machinery to identify and address issues Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflow independently Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Detail-oriented with the ability to follow SOPs and compliance standards Experience with packaging or production machinery is a strong plus What We're Looking For Reliable and proactive attitude Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to adapt and grow within the role Someone interested in taking ownership of warehouse operations and equipment maintenance over time
