Warehouse Operator

A warehouse operator is responsible for managing inventory, operating equipment, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in a warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities •

Receiving and Processing Shipments:

Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify contents against invoices or manifests. •

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to management. •

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that items are correctly labeled and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. •

Equipment Operation:

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move goods within the warehouse safely. •

Warehouse Maintenance:

Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a tidy work environment. •

Communication:

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns. Required Skills and Qualifications •

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
