Full-time, 1st Shift Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager Logistics company in Oakland, CA specializing in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment. We support time-sensitive client programs and are hiring three detail-oriented Warehouse Clerks with strong Amazon-style or e-commerce fulfillment experience. Role Summary Execute daily fulfillment tasks—picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and quality checks—to ensure accurate, on-time shipments. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and hands-on WMS/RF scanning experience. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and stage orders to client and carrier standards Receive, inspect, count, and put away inbound inventory Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies Conduct quality checks for order accuracy and product condition Use RF scanners and WMS to process all warehouse transactions Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks; forklifts if certified) Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization Meet productivity and accuracy KPIs; escalate issues as needed Support returns processing, special projects, and peak-season surges Required Qualifications Warehouse fulfillment experience (Amazon, 3PL, or e-commerce preferred) Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning workflows Strong accuracy, reliability, and productivity focus Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical, repetitive tasks Flexibility for weekends/overtime Solid communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Extensiv or Port Pro WMS Forklift certification or powered-equipment experience Background in high-volume e-commerce or retail fulfillment #nowhiring
