We are seeking an experienced Overseas Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our expanding warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities Print and process shipping labels for customer orders and Amazon FBA shipments. Enter shipment, inventory, and order information into warehouse management systems (WMS). Assist with inbound receiving and outbound shipping operations. Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory discrepancies. Coordinate shipment schedules and transportation appointments. Prepare shipping documents and reports. Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal warehouse teams. Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks. Ensure accurate inventory records and system updates. QualificationsRequired Previous overseas warehouse (海外仓) experience. Experience printing shipping labels and processing orders. Experience entering and maintaining data in warehouse systems. Basic computer skills, including Excel and email. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Amazon FBA experience. Experience with 3PL or fulfillment center operations. Experience using WMS, ERP, ShipStation, Seller Central, or similar systems. English and Chinese bilingual preferred. Training Successful candidates will receive hands-on training.
Training Period:
Approximately 1-2 weeks
Training Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM After successful completion of training, the regular schedule will be: Monday-Saturday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Benefits Opportunity for advancement within a growing logistics company. Pay:
