We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Production Associate to help us deliver high-quality finished products. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride if seeing a finished product look great, and like working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Duties Prepare metal parts and components for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and handling materials with precision. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assist in assembly or minor repairs as needed. Manage materials handling tasks using forklifts to move heavy or bulky items safely within the warehouse or production area. Conduct quality inspections utilizing precision measuring instruments to verify coating thickness and finish quality. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to uphold safety standards and optimize production flow. Support lean manufacturing initiatives by following standardized procedures and suggesting process improvements. Qualifications Previous shop, warehouse, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely; forklift certification preferred. Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work with metal parts throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety protocols and quality standards.
