Warehouse Clerk to join our awesome crew!

Job Duties:

Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Process product returns, including receiving, inspecting, and restocking inventory Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities Communicate professionally with customers via phone regarding orders and inquiries Coordinate with the sales team on work order status and customer needs Maintain accurate inventory and organized warehouse operations Ensure orders, returns, and shipments are processed promptly Support a variety of warehouse and administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service experience with a professional phone presence Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality work Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities Adaptable and willing to support multiple areas of the business Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide excellent service Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
