Job Description

Documentation & Receiving:
Receive and verify Bills of Lading (BOL); scan and log all newly arrived product documents into the system.
Inventory Management:
Update and maintain the inventory database by accurately recording new stock entries and performing stock deductions for outgoing orders.
Client Coordination:
Notify customers promptly regarding shipment arrivals and coordinate warehouse pickup schedules.
Order Processing:
Scan and archive order-related documents, and ensure all transaction records are systematically organized.
Payment Tracking:
Record and log order payments/collections accurately.
Shipping & Labeling:
Generate UPS, USPS and Fedex shipping labels for product samples.
Inventory Audits:
Assist the warehouse team with periodic physical inventory counts and audits.
General Support:
Perform other administrative duties to support warehouse and logistics operations as needed.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
