In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our warehouse. Your proactive approach and commitment to accuracy will help us meet customer demands and maintain high standards of safety and productivity. This position offers a fast-paced environment where every task contributes directly to our success! Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are fulfilled according to specifications. Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation. Stock shelves, organize inventory locations, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and data entry using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400. Support warehouse distribution processes by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and coordinating with logistics teams. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred. Valid certification for forklift operation; reach truck experience is a plus. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar ERP systems. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities. Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate equipment throughout shifts. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes in an e-commerce environment.
