We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Bench Technician who enjoys working in a warehouse environment. You'll be troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with electronic equipment as well as daily warehouse activities. This position combines technical bench work with warehouse operations and offers an excellent opportunity for someone with electronics experience who wants to be part of a stable, team-oriented organization. What You'll Do Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and power quality equipment Perform equipment inspections to ensure quality standards are met Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for shipment Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Experience with electronics troubleshooting, repair, testing, or related technical work preferred Ability to use hand tools, meters, and testing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in both technical and warehouse environments Basic computer skills Experience with UPS systems, power quality equipment, electronics repair, or any electrical systems is a strong plus What We Offer Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 annually Higher compensation available for candidates with strong electronics and technical experience Stable, full-time employment Opportunity to learn specialized power quality equipment Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Supportive team environment Medical Dental Vision 401(k) PTO Training opportunities If you enjoy working with electronics, solving technical problems, and being part of a team that supports customers nationwide, we'd like to hear from you.
