In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe, organized facility. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help us optimize warehouse efficiency while upholding safety standards. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, and organize materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately Perform order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely shipment of products Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through routine inspections and mechanical maintenance of equipment Assist with stocking shelves, materials handling, and packaging to support manufacturing and distribution processes Support facility maintenance tasks including minor repairs, safety inspections in compliance with OSHA standards, and general facility upkeep Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and order picking Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, RF scanners, and mechanical tools Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques including heavy lifting and stock replenishment Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety Mechanical knowledge for basic repairs and equipment troubleshooting Experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus for growth opportunities Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
