This role ensures that products are correctly received, stored, and prepared for distribution while assisting in maintaining a clean, functional, and safe working environment. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking for accuracy and condition Inspect deliveries for damage or missing items and report discrepancies Unload and store products in appropriate locations, including cold storage Pick orders from the freezer and pack orders accurately, following any special handling or temperature requirements Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, ensuring secure and proper packaging Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and in accordance with training Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety and company protocols Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and facility as needed Drive between warehouse locations as required Support general warehouse operations and complete additional tasks as assigned Notify management of any functional issues or repair needs related to equipment, tools, machinery, or other essential items, including those outside your direct work area Assist other departments, including but not limited to cleaning, depositing, dishwashing, mixing, ovens, packaging, production line and DSS as assigned by the supervisor or as needed to support production flow Communicate with your co-workers to meet daily production goals and support an efficient workflow Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse or similar experience preferred Physical stamina and strength to handle the lifting and movement of heavy objects Comfortable working in fluctuating temperatures, including regular entry into freezer environments Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Basic computer skills, such as data entry and email communication Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with co-workers effectively Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
