As demand increases, we're expanding our logistics team to include skilled inventory organization and installation specialists who care about customer experience, product quality, and teamwork. Position Overview We are seeking a responsible and hands-on technician to deliver, assemble, and install home and store products (e.g., furniture, small appliances, shelving). This role combines safe driving , professional in-home setup , and light technical work . Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure accessibility and safety Safely drive to customer locations within Ventura County when necessary Load and unload products (furniture, displays, boxed items, etc.) Assemble and install items according to instructions or diagrams Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, wrenches) to complete installations Communicate clearly with customers about delivery times and product placement Ensure all packaging is removed and work area is clean upon completion Collaborate with in-store and warehouse team on route planning and product prep Occasionally assist in-store with organizing, staging, or moving inventory Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing inventory data for root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to reduce errors or inefficiencies. Assist with logistics planning for order fulfillment, shipping schedules, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination to optimize delivery timelines. Basic Requirements Valid California driver's license Clean driving record and ability to follow delivery routes Able to lift and move up to 70 lbs with team help if needed Good with hand tools and following assembly instructions Professional appearance and communication when working in customers' homes Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred but Not Required Experience with IKEA-style furniture assembly or light construction Bilingual (Spanish + English) Experience in moving, delivery, or field service work Familiarity with tools like cordless drill, Allen keys, wrenches, etc. What We Offer Weekly pay and performance-based raises Clear growth path into full-time installer, team lead, or logistics coordinator Supportive team with training on products and procedures Opportunities for overtime during peak delivery periods
