Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently move products within the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker equipment Load and unload shipments safely, ensuring proper handling of goods during transportation processes Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular stock counts to maintain accurate records Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms and warehouse distribution channels Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age At least 1 year prior experience working in a warehouse environment or similar logistics setting Valid certification for forklift operation; reach truck experience is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is advantageous Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, picking & packing, and order processing Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform load & unload tasks throughout the shift Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction!
