Position Summary The Sr. Warehouse Support role provides administrative and operational support for warehouse operations by maintaining attendance, inventory, and payroll-related systems. Ensures accurate processing of accounts payable, employee pay inputs, and reporting while supporting daily workflows through data entry and coordination activities to enhance overall warehouse efficiency. What you will do Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Sr Warehouse Support area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers. Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support. Keeps records for daily maintenance and monitoring of attendance databases, tracking and warehouse inventory reporting, including regular maintenance of operational databases to maximize quality warehouse efficiencies and flow. Monitors the day-to-day processing of warehouse accounts payables and invoices, and reports payables details such as employee voluntary time off and pay needs to the leave of absence (LOA) team to management for conduct checks and balances for quality results. Administers the oversight of employee weekly entering of other types of pay, including pay increases and bonuses, and provides regular payroll reporting summaries to leadership for budgetary review. Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Warehouse Management System data entry. Help separate pick labels for the productions team. Required Qualifications 1-3 years' work experience with HR processes and procures. 1-3 years' experience using MS Office 365 with emphasis on MS Excel formulas and formatting. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
