Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for dispatch. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using order picker equipment to ensure timely order fulfillment Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with safety protocols Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing processes Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety standards Contribute to inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and updating stock records in warehouse management systems Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to efficiently move, load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable; certification is a plus Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes is beneficial Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and order accuracy Comfortable working with technology such as RF scanners and warehouse management tools in an e-commerce or distribution environment Embark on a rewarding career journey where your energy fuels our success!
