We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our Window & Door team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by assisting with inventory, order preparation, product handling, and warehouse organization while helping ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This position is a full-time role located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities / Job
Description Maintain an accurate running inventory. Enter purchase order data into the inventory control system. Accept, verify, inspect, and record deliveries according to company policy. Record, report, and return defective items as needed. Process and package orders accurately. Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy. Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area. Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies. Organize warehouse space to support safe, efficient operations. Contribute ideas to improve and optimize warehouse procedures. Perform additional duties and assignments as needed to support warehouse operations and business needs. Required Qualifications / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of warehouse experience required, including experience handling heavy, fragile, and high-value materials. Proficiency with inventory control systems and warehouse management systems. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong understanding of safe material handling practices, including the movement, storage, and protection of windows, doors, glass, and other heavy products. Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment. Team-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and move materials up to 100 feet with equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Experience receiving, inspecting, and recording deliveries in a warehouse environment. Experience processing and packaging orders accurately for shipment or pickup. Experience identifying, reporting, and returning damaged or defective items. Familiarity with inventory accuracy practices, warehouse organization, and material handling.
