Pay:
$18.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking reliable General Labor Associates to support operations involving reusable plastic crates (RPCs). This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and ensure quality of reusable plastic crates Sanitize and wash crates using designated cleaning equipment Stack, sort, and move crates efficiently throughout the facility Meet production quotas of up to 12 RPCs per minute Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Environment & Requirements:
Fast-paced and repetitive work environment Frequent heavy lifting required Must be comfortable working in cold conditions Position may involve getting wet when assigned to the sanitation line Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
